Information for Setting up a Branch of a Foreign Company

1.You need to prepare the documents as follows:

(a) Articles of Incorporation (Memorandum of Association)@

(d) Minutes of Board of Directors@@@@@@@@@@@

(e) Assignment for the Branch Manager@@@@@@@@

(f) Certificate of seal the Branch Manager has registered

2.We make arrangements for the gaffidavith.

3.You get the affidavit certified by a Notary Public or a Consul Official in your country.

4.We make an application on behalf of the company to the Company Registry, under the Japanese jurisdiction.

5. We will then make the necessary application to the Bank of Japan.

6.In addition to that, you should submit any tax related documents to the appropriate Tax Offices. And if necessary you should obtain approvals from the appropriate governmental institutions.
